After graduating from Seattle Central Community College with a degree in Culinary Arts, Brian worked under chefs Tom Douglas and Jerry Traunfeld honing his craft. Years later working as an executive chef in some of the NW's most notable restaurants, he has turned his vision into reality. With over 30 years experience in the culinary industry, he redefines southern Americana foods bringing a farm-to-hand menu that supports the community and the environment. He has achieved multiple awards for his style and innovational food. Celena Hoerauf​
Catering & Event Manager/Owner
As a third generation Springfield, Oregon native, Celena knows her community more than anyone. As a former local small business owner herself for close to two decades and involved in numerous start-up's, Celena understands her community and prides herself in developing and embracing our customer relationships. She defines the Tucky's culture within her day-to-day operations in addition to creating and designing catering events to match and exceed our customer visions, working hard to give each event the attention it deserves.
